Make updates part of everyday work
A visitor welcome may be needed for one day; an event announcement may run for a week; team information may change more frequently. With CleverLive, authorised users can manage content across the displays and show different messages in different spaces.
CleverLive signage is built into the specified displays with no ongoing CleverLive subscription fee. Optional content creation or ongoing Collab AV support can be discussed separately.
Designed and installed for your workplace
The screens need to suit their surroundings, be visible to the intended audience and show information that is easy to take in. Collab AV will review the proposed locations, confirm a suitable installation approach, install and configure the displays, and agree the handover your team needs.
If you have several offices, we can also discuss how to maintain consistent communications across locations.

Can each screen show something different?
Yes. Reception, shared spaces and team areas can each have content relevant to their audience.
Can our team update the content?
Yes. CleverLive allows authorised users to manage display content. We can discuss who will make updates and what guidance they need.
Do we have to use the locations shown in the flyer?
No. They illustrate common uses. We will agree the locations as part of planning the installation.
Is content design included?
The bundle includes configuration of the three screens. If you need new artwork, templates or a managed content service, we can scope and quote for that separately.
